DFP Welcomes Peter Stubley To The Team
Peter Stubley has recently joined the Development Finance Partners team in the Sydney office.
Peter brings considerable property finance skills, connections and experience across multiple aspects of property and has worked in many different regions.
Peter has over 35 years experience in financial services, primarily involved in corporate and commercial relationship banking across 5 Australian banks including NAB, CBA and Westpac. He has fulfilled many roles including senior roles in relationship management, credit and regional leadership.
Peter has extensive property finance experience including construction, development, joint venture and investment finance, as well as leading broader teams in all segments of relationship management in a variety of geographic locations including Sydney, Brisbane and regional NSW and QLD. Over the years, Peter has been involved in the finance of significant property transactions and projects including residential and commercial developments, shopping centres, community facilities and land acquisitions, along with a multitude of property investment acquisitions.
Through his experience, Peter has formed a focus on identifying customer needs and working towards optimum solutions to those needs to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. He takes pride in building long term customer relationships through his dedication and commitment to achieve quality outcomes.
Peter has continued to enhance his formal qualifications throughout his career, holding a business degree in Banking and Finance from Charles Sturt University, Graduate Certificate in Leadership, Diploma in Financial Planning and Mortgage Broker qualifications.
