No pre sales construction financeDevelopment Finance Partners can help. Out of the overwhelming need in the current market Development Finance Partners is now offering construction finance on selected medium density residential developments with limited to no pre-commitments/presales.

This enables you to get your project confidently out of the ground faster saving you valuable time and money. Bring your development profits forward by many months or more by starting your project sooner.

The following lending guidelines apply to this construction finance product:

  • Purpose: Construction of single or multi dwelling residential or commercial properties for owner-occupiers or investments purposes. The proposed Development must be Development Approved
  • Loan Amounts: Minimum $1,500,000, Maximum $5,000,000
  • Loan Term: Up to 24 months
  • Location: Major Regional or Metropolitan
  • LVR: The lower of a maximum of 80% of total development costs (including As Is Value of Land) or the following “on completion” LVR’s
  • Residential – Single residential up to 75%; Multi-unit up to 70%
  • Commercial – Up to 65%
  • No Presales – In many cases no presales or pre-commitments will not be required however all applications will be assessed on a case by case basis
  • Interest Rate: 9.75% pa indicative only
  • Establishment: 1.25% indicative only Fees
