The Brief
We were required to assist with the acquisition of the development site and the construction of 5 luxury boutique units overlooking Royal Sydney Golf Course. All apartments feature 2 ensuites and a guest bathroom, gourmet kitchen and large balconies with lift access. Internal living areas are 4 x 190m2 and 1 x 235m2.
The Solution
We were able to secure funding that provided for the entire purchase price of the site and 100% of construction costs. We were even able to increase the loan during the course of construction to cover the cost of variations.
The project was so successful that it set a new benchmark for the area in prices achieved per square metre.
