Urbanity Round Up 2017

Urbanity Round Up 2017

Development Finance Partners were proud supporters of the inaugural Urbanity Conference held in Brisbane on the 28th and 29th of September.
The event was held at the Royal International Convention Centre and was designed to unlock the potential of cities of the Asia-Pacific region through connection, information and inspiration for the property and urban development industry.
Presenters included leading developers, economists, designers and thought leaders.

DFP Partner With Urbanity

DFP committed early as a partner given the unique nature of the event.  Many other events are designed around a political agenda, however, Urbanity is unique in that it’s a property industry event focused on thought leadership, ideas and inspiration.
A key takeout from the event was the clear desire from Developers and Property Professionals to educate themselves so they can adapt quickly to the changing property market and environment.

DFP Present Masterclass in Development Finance

DFP ran a very successful and well-attended Masterclass in Development Finance.  Over 70 attendees literally squeezed themselves into the class with some sitting on the floor given the standing room only.
Feedback from attendees was that the Masterclass gave them critical and practical information given the lack of traditional funding sources currently available.
DFP are proud partners of The Urban Developer having recognised the fresh informative editorial approach of the platform from the very beginning and look forward to supporting Urbanity 2018.
